Hi I'm Carmen and I bring 8+ years and 8,000 hours clinical experience, complemented by a unique early professional life in Law Enforcement & Major Crime investigations. These skills and life experience allow me to work with even the most challenging memories & emotions, offering trauma-informed care with compassion and expertise.
My Qualifications and Experience
I am a qualified BACP Accredited Psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner, and Clinical Supervisor, Mindfulness trainer and NLP coach. My training background is in Psychodynamic, Person Centred, EMDR, CBT, TA, IFS, NLP forming my Integrative approach.
My Journey
My career began in law enforcement as a Police Officer in the 80s and later in Major Crime Investigations. These roles exposed me to the profound impact of trauma and the resilience required to navigate it. As a trained Critical Incident Debriefer, I supported individuals at that time coping with extreme stress and crisis.
Training in Psychotherapy in 2017, I combined my real-world experience with strong academic training; a BSc Hons Psychology (1st Class) and extensive Postgraduate training, in various therapeutic modalities.

My goal is to empower you , help process difficult experiences, rebuild resilience, and reclaim a sense of control. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your challenges and work toward meaningful lasting change.

- Integrative Therapy (Incl if appropriate NLP and EMDR) - £75
- Hypnotherapy : £85
- Clinical Supervision 1hr : £60 or 1.5hrs : £90
All sessions are conducted ONLINE only, offering you flexibility and accessibility wherever you are in the world.
