About Me
Hi, I'm Carmen Winch
I have been involved in Psychology and Therapies for many years, completing my BSc Hons Psychology Degree in 2000, and currently studying for my MSc in Mental Health Science & Level 6 Supervision Diploma.
My career began as a Police Officer with Sussex Police for 6 yrs, then later, after having my family, I returned to the Police as a Civilian Indexer/Researcher on the Major Crime Units of Sussex Police, Jersey Police, Military Police Suffolk and Gatwick Counter Terrorism. During that time I also worked as a Traumatic Incident Debriefer to Police Officers & Staff.
7 years ago, I left the Police and retrained as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach. Since then I have run my own online full-time clinic and continue to take ongoing CPD training and to develop my practice.
I absolutely love guiding people to feel so much happier, focussed and at peace and find it a real privelidge to be part of someone's vital journey. I can help you to get right back on track.
I offer online Adult and Teen therapy. I also offer Pre-Trial Therapy.
I am fully trained, certificated, registered, insured & DBS checked to work with all adults & children of all ages.
My main passion is to help people find positive life change & solutions. This in turn leads to far better quality of life & way stronger resilience & self supporting skillset - ensuring a much happier future.
