Upon your initial call or email we will discuss your needs and goals and I will offer available appointment options for you to choose from

Counselling, Hypnotherapy & Coaching may be either short-term, solution focussed, or longer-term, and you may have sessions whenever you wish, weekly, bi-weekly two weekly or monthly for example.
The choice is yours.
