Carmen is a fully trained registered BACP Counsellor. She trained through the CPCAB and has worked with Sussex Police as a Trauma Counsellor, the IAPT mental health service as a Low-Intensity CBT Practitioner, with the Place2Be charity as a Child Counsellor & Play therapist and at Age UK as a Counsellor for the over 50's.

50 minute sessions are offered ONLINE via Telephone, Skype, FaceTime or WhatSapp depending on your needs and preferences.

Carmen has a particular interest and experience in Anxiety related issues, Depression, Bereavement, Gender, Divorce and Family Issues as well as Trauma & Victims of Crime.
